Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 – 5 business days after being received. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Pre Order Shipping

Pre-Order products will ship as soon as they become in stock. Estimated shipping dates will vary per product and are stated on the product page. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including shipment tracking information.

Large Unit Shipping

Large units such as red light therapy beds and cryotherapy products require special handling and may take 8-12 weeks for delivery. Please contact our sales representative for more information on shipping timelines for large units.

Shipping Prices and Delivery Estimates

Shipping price is calculated by location and product purchased - please create a cart for an accurate estimate. Please allow 1 – 3 weeks to receive your shipment. (These are only estimates which can change during the holidays or adverse weather conditions.) Tracking information will be sent by email once the order is processed. International shipping delivery times can vary by country, and in some cases take longer than a month to arrive. We are not responsible for the delays that may occur with international shipments.
