What is PEMF?

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) technology uses low-frequency electromagnetic pulses designed to interact with the body's natural electrical environment.
PEMF has been studied for decades and is widely used throughout wellness, sports performance, and recovery settings. With our transparent PEMF mat on Nova, users will be able to experience light therapy and PEMF in the same session.
