The S2 pairs a quiet 24V brushless motor and 13 mm percussion stroke with a red light head: an attachment with red and near-infrared LEDs built into its surface.
Use the four massage heads to work through tight, sore muscles, then switch to the red light head to deliver 660 nm and 850 nm light right where you've just massaged.

The red light head carries LEDs on its contact surface, so 660 nm red light and 850 nm near-infrared light reach the skin directly as the head moves over the muscle.

Frequently Asked Questions
The red light head is an attachment with red and near-infrared LEDs built into its contact surface. Push it in like any other head and it delivers 660 nm red light and 850 nm near-infrared light as you move it over the muscle.
Spend 1 to 10 minutes on each muscle group. Keep the gun moving at about an inch per second rather than holding it in one spot.
Start at speed 1 to get a feel for it, then work up. The S2 has six speeds, from 1,200 to 2,800 rpm.
About 6–7 hours on low speed and 3–4 hours on high, from a 4–5 hour charge. The USB port on the handle can also charge your phone, which uses some of the gun's battery.
Use the S2 on muscle groups only, not on your head, face, bones or joints. Don't use it over injuries, broken skin or recent surgery sites. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider before use.
Yes. Heads wear over time with regular use, and replacements are available from Solbasium.
