Warranty Coverage by Product

Red Light Therapy Beds

Notes:

Covers electrical and mechanical components (including LED modules) that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
Parts-only coverage: labor, travel, and installation services are not included.
Lifetime LED guarantee applies to the original purchaser.
Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty term or 90 days, whichever is longer.
Excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, power surges, accidents, cosmetic wear, or operation outside specified ratings.

Targeted Red-Light Pads

Applies to: Ankle Pad, Universal Pad, Back Pad, and Knee Pad

Warranty: 1 year (replacement parts only)
Covers: Controller, power supply, LEDs
Excludes: Cosmetic wear, misuse, modification

PEMF Therapy Mat

Warranty: 2 years (replacement parts only)
Covers: PEMF control board, antennas, connectors, power adapter
Excludes: Fabric wear, water damage, unauthorized modification

Solbasium Massage Gun

Warranty: 1 year limited warranty (replacement parts only)
Covers: Motor, battery, internal electronics
Excludes: Cosmetic damage, normal wear of attachments, drops, misuse

What Is Covered

Replacement of defective components or unit resulting from manufacturing defects under normal use.
Technical support during the warranty period.
Replacement parts may be new or refurbished at Solbasium’s discretion.
All replacement parts carry the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

What Is Not Covered

Labor, travel, or service charges related to diagnosis, removal, or installation.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, fire, flood, power surge, or modification.
Cosmetic wear, discoloration, or other non-functional issues.
Operation outside specified voltage or environmental ratings.

Notice to Hold Harmless

In no event shall Solbasium LLC be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the failure to perform, improper use, or inability to use any Solbasium product or service. This includes damages for loss of business, downtime, or profits, regardless of the cause, whether due to breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, or otherwise. The customer agrees to hold Solbasium harmless from all such claims.

Actions That Void the Warranty

Repair, service, or alteration without Solbasium’s written authorization.
Misuse, abuse, improper handling, or operation contrary to instructions.
Disassembly, relocation from the original installation, or modification.
Removal, defacement, or alteration of serial numbers or identification labels.
Claims not arising from verified defects in materials or workmanship.

Any evidence of tampering, improper wiring, or non-standard connections voids all coverage.

Authorization for Coverage

Solbasium’s obligation is limited to providing necessary repairs or replacement parts after examination and determination by Solbasium technicians. At its discretion, Solbasium may repair or replace any defective component. All returned products are inspected before coverage is approved.
