- Coverage applies to electrical and mechanical components, including LED modules, that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
- Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, coverage is replacement parts only. Labor, travel, diagnosis, removal, reinstallation, and installation are not included.
- The lifetime LED guarantee applies to the original purchaser only.
- Replacement parts may be new or refurbished at Solbasium's discretion, and are warranted for the remainder of the original term or 90 days whichever is longer.
- Coverage excludes damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, power surges, accidents, cosmetic wear, relocation, improper electrical supply, or operation outside specified ratings.
B2B Client Coverage
For approved business-to-business clients — including fitness centers, wellness facilities, recovery centers, professional operators, and other commercial customers Solbasium may provide extended service coverage.
Where B2B coverage applies, warranty-eligible repairs may include both parts and labor during the applicable warranty period, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
Labor coverage does not automatically include travel, special access costs, freight, third-party contractor fees, electrical work, site preparation, or installation modifications unless expressly stated in writing.

- Repair, service, or alteration without Solbasium's written authorization
- Misuse, abuse, improper handling, or operation contrary to instructions
- Disassembly, relocation, or modification without authorization
- Removal or alteration of serial numbers or identification labels
- Improper wiring or use outside electrical specifications
- Use of incompatible accessories, chargers, or third-party parts
- Evidence of tampering, unauthorized access, or non-approved repairs
Solbasium's warranty obligation is limited to providing repairs, replacement parts, or replacement components after examination and determination by Solbasium technicians. All returned products are inspected before warranty coverage is approved. No product or component may be returned without prior written authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the sender's expense.
Limitation of Liability & Hold Harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solbasium LLC is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or economic damages resulting from failure to perform, improper use, or service delay related to any Solbasium product.

The customer agrees to hold Solbasium harmless from claims arising from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or third-party service performed without authorization. Where permitted by law, Solbasium's maximum liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
