Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after receipt. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Red light beds and cryotherapy units typically require 30–90 days for delivery due to manufacturing, testing, and freight coordination. Customized orders may require additional time. All lead times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays in manufacturing, shipping, or customs clearance do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order products ship as soon as they become available. Estimated ship dates are shown on each product page and may change. Tracking will be emailed upon dispatch. Pre-orders may be canceled before shipment only if production has not started.

Large Unit Shipping

Large items (red light therapy beds, hyperbaric oxygen chambers and cryotherapy systems) require specialized freight handling and delivery scheduling. Typical delivery time is 4–12 weeks, but may extend due to logistics delays, customs inspections, special order customization, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Solbasium’s control. Extended delivery times do not void or alter the purchase agreement.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on destination and product weight. Please allow 1–3 weeks for standard shipments once dispatched. International deliveries may exceed 30 days.

Solbasium is not responsible for shipping or customs delays. Any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by carriers or local authorities are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Policy

This return policy applies to purchases made directly through www.solbasium.com.

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

To begin a return, email support@solbasium.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Our team will reply within 3–5 business days with authorization.

Return Conditions

  • Customers pay return shipping for non-defective products; international shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to elective returns.
  • A $50 per box fee applies to shipments refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address.
  • Refunds are issued only after inspection confirms the item is complete and in sellable condition.
  • Damaged, incomplete, or unsellable returns will be refused and returned to sender.

International returns: A 20% restocking fee applies; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations after production begins are not accepted. If an order is canceled before completion, the customer is responsible for costs associated with work performed to date.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email support@solbasium.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. Once verified, Solbasium will coordinate repair or replacement under the applicable warranty terms.
