When will my order ship?

Typically your order will ship within 1 – 5  business days after being received. Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Pre Order Shipping

Pre-Order products will ship as soon as they become in stock. Where you see a product listed for pre-order, we also state an expected delivery date. Shipping dates will vary per product. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including shipment tracking information.

Estimated Arrival Times for Orders

Shipping price is calculated by location and product purchased - please create a cart for an accurate estimate.  Please allow 1 – 3 weeks to receive your shipment.  (These are only estimates which can change during the holidays or adverse weather conditions.)  Tracking information will be sent by email once the order is processed. International shipping delivery times can vary by country, and in some cases take longer than a month to arrive. We are not responsible for the delays that may occur with international shipments.

**Additional duty fees that may be charged by the shipping carrier or the country of entry are the customer’s responsibility.

Solbasium Return Policy applies to orders placed on only. 


We can accept a return of any unused or unopened product that’s in the original packaging within 30 days. Please email us at and enter “Return Request” in the subject line with the below information. We will contact you within 3-5 business days of receipt.

  • Full Name listed on the order
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return

When returning a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all costs relating to shipping the products back to Solbasium. International shipping charges are non-refundable. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories or the shipment will be refused by the warehouse. A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by Solbasium for damage or missing accessories. If the returned product is damaged in any way or returned in un-sellable condition, the shipment will be refused/returned to sender. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any elective returned purchases.

Any shipment that is shipped correctly but is subsequently refused by the recipient, unable to be delivered with the customer supplied address or returned to our warehouse will incur a flat $50 fee per carton/box for shipping/warehousing/receiving charges. Any international returned shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price and shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Customized products and red light therapy beds are non refundable. In the event an order is cancelled before project completion the customer will have to pay for work completed.
